Visit A Vinery
Goulbourn Valley and Strathbogie Ranges Goulbourn Valley and Strathbogie Ranges

The region is known for its lakes, rivers, waterways and billabongs with an eco trail and boat cruise operating out of one the wineries. The surrounding towns of the two regions include Nagambie, Euroa, Benalla, Seymour and Shepparton. Within these two wine regions you will discover magnificent old wineries with some of the oldest vines in the country and the largest plantings of Marsanne in the world.

One great winery is located on the Hume Hwy and makes a perfect place to stop refresh, stretch your legs, have a bite to eat and of course pick up a few bottles. Expect to find some excellent Shiraz, classy Chardonnay, Verdelho and of course Marsanne and Roussanne while Riesling further to the east.
